Roof window

Free-range poultry houses nowadays need to have 3% daylight.

For poultry houses with just one single floor, roof windows are a very good solution. The light comes into the house very naturally and spreads optimally. As all Tulderhof products, these windows are custom made and therefore very easy to install in between the purlins of the roof. Because of this simple installation these windows are the perfect solution for renovation projects. We advise to use translucent windows to prevent direct sunrays coming into the house.

In between the top- and bottom layer of the window movable slats are made to assure proper darkening when needed. The slats can be operated manually or with an electrical winch. In some computers it is even possible to make the closure automatic being controlled by a light sensor.
