The Twin-Flex

The Twin Flex valve is the result of the yearslong experience of Tulderhof. This valve is modified to satisfy the modern building style. a lot of poultry farms are being fabricated with the help of sandwich panels. It means that the wall is thinner than before. The Twin Flex valve is unique because inspite of the shallow building stil can optimally send the light in.
This is possible with the help of the Tulderhof-Flex profile. The hinge of the valve is the same as of the Twin, that is why it can be set to two opening stands. By means of that you can choose if the air at maximum ventilation is sent down, see Picture 1, or is closed from under, see Picture 2.

The valve Twin Flex is standardly provided with a flange, which makes the installation simple and quick. In the chicken farm the valve is almost set in the light wall with the side frames from Tulderhof. We totally correlate the sizes of the frames and the Twin Flex valves.

Tulderhof creates all her products at the request of the customer, that makes the installation very easy.

To give more direction to the air, which is quite important in a low double farm, a spoiler above the valve can be installed. So the air gets still enough direction and does not go to the ceiling, even by minimum ventilation.
