Blackout roof windows are a good solution in the following cases:
1. Layer houses wider then 24 meters who need to measure the KAT acquirements. According to KAT daylight should be within 12 m of the birds.
2. Renovation of poultry houses. Because we make roof windows exactly in between the purlins, it is the easiest daylight solution when rebuilding.

Inside every roof window movable slats are mounted which can be adjusted with a winching system.

Insulation is well ensured. From bottom to top: 1. a sheet of 25 mm polycarbonate, 2. a thick layer of still air, 3 a corrugation sheet.
